Shipping Policy

At Pixel and Block, we ensure fast and reliable delivery through Royal Mail. All delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail’s timelines from the date of dispatch.

Mainland UK Shipping Options:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days (£1.99-£2.99), free for orders over £200.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days (£3.99-£4.99), free for orders over £350.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day, insurance up to £750, additional coverage available on request.

Dispatch and Pre-Orders:

• Orders are dispatched within 0-2 working days, except pre-orders. Pre-orders will only be dispatched once the release date has been officially approved for retail sale by the product owner or manufacturer. In-stock items purchased alongside pre-orders will be held unless purchased separately.

International Shipping:

• Available to over 30 countries, with delivery in 4-10 business days. Customers are responsible for customs duties. Refused or undeliverable orders due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect addresses will have recovery fees deducted from refunds.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• Pixel and Block takes responsibility for initiating claims with Royal Mail for lost or damaged packages, with coverage up to £150 for Tracked 48/24 and up to £750 for Special Delivery. Customers may request additional coverage at checkout.
