All delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail information and apply from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. All products sold on our store are packaged and dispatched from the UK. Please refer to the details below for delivery options and costs.

• Dispatch time: within 0-2 working days

• Order Value/Weight £0-£199.99 (0-199 grams): £1.99 postage

• Order Value/Weight £0-£199.99 (≥200 grams): £2.99 postage

• Order Value ≥ £200: Free postage

• Order Value/Weight £0-£349.99 (≥200 grams): £4.99 postage

• Guaranteed delivery: Next working day

• Delivery days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday delivery may vary by region and is not guaranteed)

• Dispatch time: within 0-1 working days

• Insurance coverage: Up to £750 (higher insurance available upon request)

• If you would like to increase the insured amount, please contact us to arrange this.

 

Delivery times provided by Royal Mail are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you believe your parcel has been delayed, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

 

1. Dispatch

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase, except for pre-order items (see section on Pre-Orders). However, we strive to dispatch all items on the same working day or the next working day. All items are dispatched during standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, in the order that purchases are made.

 

All orders are dispatched from the UK. For orders outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any local fees or duties that may apply.

 

2. Pre-Orders

 

Please refer to individual item descriptions for dispatch times regarding pre-orders.

Any in-stock items purchased alongside pre-order items will be dispatched once the pre-order item becomes available. To receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend purchasing them separately from pre-order items.

 

If you wish to split an order that contains both in-stock and pre-order items after placing the order, please contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.

 

3. International Orders

 

We offer international shipping to over 30 countries. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging from 4-10 business days. For more details on delivery times, please contact us.

 

Please note, customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties that may apply to international deliveries. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, or an incorrect address is provided, Pixel and Block reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs and any associated recovery fees from any refund issued.

 

All international postage costs (excluding import charges) are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

 

4. Incorrect Address

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We work to dispatch orders promptly, so there is only a small window to correct any errors. If you realise that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

 

Orders that are returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information may be subject to a restocking fee, and you will be required to pay additional postage costs before re-dispatch. This will be at our discretion.

 

Pixel and Block is not responsible for delays or lost deliveries due to incorrect shipping information.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Pixel and Block is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you should report this to the local authorities.

 

If your parcel is lost due to a courier error, you will need to complete a ‘Declaration of Non-Receipt’ form, provided by Royal Mail. We cannot initiate an investigation or claim with Royal Mail without this form. Once the form is submitted, we will file a claim on your behalf, but this will be at our discretion.

 

For orders sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24, the insurance coverage is limited to £150. We recommend that customers who want additional coverage select Royal Mail Special Delivery, which automatically provides coverage up to £750, with the option to increase the insured amount for an additional cost upon request.

 

In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, we can initiate a claims process with Royal Mail, provided sufficient evidence is available. This process can take up to 20 working days, and we will update you once the claim concludes. The resolution of such claims is at our sole discretion.
